The Lightning Series is a continuously evolving brushless flywheel foam dart platform, designed for performance, compatibility, and future expansion.
The platform currently includes two models:
AIT TOY x 40MAX Lightning Brushless Flywheel Foam Dart Blaster — the original generation that established the foundation of the Lightning ecosystem.
40MAX Lailaps Brushless Flywheel Foam Dart Blaster — the current-generation upgrade, built to improve performance, efficiency, and reliability while maintaining platform compatibility.
With future products and accessories already in active development, the Lightning Series will continue to expand as a long-term modular ecosystem for foam dart players.
AIT TOY x 40MAX Lightning Brushless Flywheel Foam Dart Blaster
The original Lightning is the first-generation platform developed in collaboration with AIT TOY. It introduced the core Lightning ecosystem, featuring a compact brushless flywheel system, brushless cam pusher, two-stage trigger, intelligent idling mode, OLED ammo counter display, and OTA firmware update capability.
Designed as a high-performance sidearm, it quickly gained popularity for its quick-release battery system, responsive trigger feel, and compact competition-ready form factor.

The Lailaps is the next-generation evolution of the Lightning platform. Instead of changing the ecosystem, it focuses on improving the weaknesses of the original design while maintaining familiar handling and accessory compatibility.
With the upgraded T238 FWCU control system, improved dart detection, quieter pre-spin behavior, lighter body structure, and higher overall efficiency, Lailaps delivers smoother operation, improved reliability, and stronger competitive performance.
