At 40MAX-Airsoft.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide clear, fair, and transparent policies regarding returns, refunds, cancellations, and shipping limitations.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 calendar days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

  • Items must include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and all included components.

  • Products that have been used, modified, damaged by misuse, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return or refund due to the nature of airsoft and impact-based products.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@40max-airsoft.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  2. Once approved, ship the product to the return address provided by our team.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you whether your return is approved or denied.

Approved refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Refund Details

Refunds may be reduced by:

  • Original shipping fees (if applicable)

  • Return shipping costs

  • Payment processing fees (credit card, PayPal, etc.)

  • Restocking fees (if applicable)

Shipping and payment processing fees are refundable only if the return is caused by our error, such as shipping the wrong item or a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@40max-airsoft.com with your order number.

Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Shipping & Customs Restrictions

Due to the special nature of airsoft products, foam dart blasters, and impact-based accessories, international shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import restrictions, delays, seizure, or delivery limitations depending on local laws and regulations.

  • Once an order has left our warehouse or passed through Shenzhen customs clearance, it cannot be intercepted, recalled, modified, or canceled.
  • When the package arrives in your destination country or region, please do not refuse delivery.
  • Refused packages are often destroyed, abandoned, or disposed of by the shipping carrier or customs authorities, and in such cases all shipping fees, customs fees, and product costs are non-refundable.
  • Due to customs regulations and the special nature of our products, once an order has arrived in the destination country or region, it may no longer be eligible for return to China.
  • If you need assistance after shipment, please contact our customer support team before taking any action, so we can help find the best possible solution.

Non-Returnable International Orders

Due to product restrictions in certain countries:

  • Due to customs regulations and product restrictions, some products cannot be returned to China once they have arrived in the destination country or region.

  • Orders affected by these restrictions are not eligible for return or refund after delivery.

  • If a customer insists on returning such products, refunds will only be considered after the complete package is successfully received and inspected by us.

Please note that international return shipping, customs clearance, and import/export risks are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Incorrect Address / Unpaid Duties

If a package is returned because of:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Failure to pay import duties, taxes, or customs charges

Any refund will be subject to:

  • Round-trip shipping costs

  • Restocking fees

  • Payment processing fees

These amounts will be deducted from the refund.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or issues caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • War

  • Customs inspections or seizures

  • Airline restrictions

  • Government regulations

  • Carrier disruptions

Such circumstances do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

Additional Notes

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments.

  • Unauthorized returns may be rejected or delayed.

  • Warranty claims are handled separately under our Warranty Policy.

  • This policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice. The latest version will always be published on our website.
